Accordingly\, reasonable accommodations will be made for visitors with special needs when provided 24 hours of prior notice. Additionally\, each meeting will offer an open session to solicit comments from visitors. Visitors wishing to speak during an open session are requested to identify themselves\, the group or agency they represent (if any)\, and the comment topics. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per speaker. \nA new issue brought up by a visitor may not be considered by the Board\, Committee\, or Sub-Committee. At the discretion of the MHRSB or Committee Chairs\, issues brought up by visitors may be forwarded to the Executive Director for follow-up. DESCRIPTION:MHRSB of Lucas County Community Forum\nOn Tuesday\, January 16\, 2024\, the MHRSB of Lucas County will host a community forum immediately after its regularly scheduled Trustee Meeting. The forum is expected to start at approximately 4:30 p.m. The MHRSB Trustee Meeting and forum will be held at the MHRSB office\, 701 Adams St.\, Suite 800\, Toledo\, Ohio 43604. \nRegistration: \nThere are three ways individuals desiring to provide comments can participate; \n\nRegister via the link provided by noon on January 15\, 2024.\n\nhttps://us06web.zoom.us/meeting/register/tZIsf-mqrj4pGtHwCKIuQFHam2Hkes9Fukc-#/registration \n\nAttend the forum in person. When signing in\, please note that you will provide comments during the forum.\nProvide written comments to Faith Kelleher\, Manager of Communications.
