The newly created Accounting Specialist will assist in the accounting department in daily, monthly and annual activities. The Accounting Specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate and complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts in accounting.  The Accounting Specialist will be using documents to verify, record and process transactions within the accounting department.

Executive Assistant

Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Board office to ensure that office functions are carried out in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner.  The Executive Assistant will have the primary responsibility to support the Executive Director, Administrative staff, the Board and related committees. The individual must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities. The position will report to the Executive Director.

Grants Manager

The newly created Grants Manager will lead the research, response, coordination, and implementation of all federal, state, and local grants.  This position will be responsible for obtaining, reviewing and approving grantee budgets, ensuring compliance with state and federal grant guidelines, and submitting grant applications to OhioMHAS.  This position will also ensure that grant goals and objectives are aligned with vision, mission, and strategic plan of Board.  This includes managing all grant timelines and deliverables.  The Grants Manager will assist leadership with conducting gaps analyses in the system of care in order to determine where the Board should apply for and/or offer grant opportunities.

Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

The Manager of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging position is responsible for development, implementation, monitoring and coordination of MHRSB’s internal and external efforts to increase inclusion and health equities. The position will work to advance the Culturally and Linguistically Appropriate Services Standards within the MHRSB and its contracted agencies to reduce inequities among racial, ethnic, gender, sexual orientation, disability and linguistically challenged populations. The position reports to the Director of Community Engagement and Equity.

Senior Manager of Programs and Services

The position of Sr. Manager will provide direct supervision of the managers over the continuum of prevention, treatment and recovery services, including client rights. The continuum is designed to meet the needs of children, adolescents and adults and is consistent with Board established priorities. This includes the Manager of Crisis and Treatment Services, Manager of Prevention and Recovery Services and Manager of Client Rights and Housing.

Technology Systems Analyst

The Technology Systems Analyst is responsible for providing technology systems analysis, design, installation, maintenance, and modification of a broad range of systems. Typical responsibilities include: maintaining both applications and hardware; performing system trouble shooting; meeting with end-users to define business needs; as well as performing technical analysis design, installation, maintenance, and modification of all MHRSB technology systems. Reports to the Director of Technology, Strategic Planning and Quality.
