Manager of Quality and Evaluation
The Manager of Quality and Evaluation is responsible for developing and executing plans consistent with the Mental Health & Recovery Services Board’s (MHRSB) Values and Mission that systematically ensure that programs, services, and practices the Board invests in are rooted in efficiency, driven by outcomes, and continuously improving in quality and quality health equity. The Manager of Quality and Evaluation will evaluate the continuum of care for efficiency, equitability, and effectiveness. The preferred Candidate will have a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Business, Social Service, Health Science, or Health Care Administration, or related fields, or related, demonstrated experience in the analysis of statistical data, demonstrated experience utilizing the methodologies and tools used to improve administrative / business processes by reducing defects and errors, minimizing variation, and increasing quality and efficiency. Reports to the Director of Technology, Strategic Planning, and Quality.

Executive Assistant
Responsible for managing the daily operations of the Board office to ensure that office functions are carried out in an efficient, timely and cost effective manner. The Executive Assistant will have the primary responsibility to support the Executive Director, Administrative staff, the Board and related committees. The individual must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities. The position will report to the Executive Director.

Grants Manager
The newly created Grants Manager will lead the research, response, coordination, and implementation of all federal, state, and local grants. This position will be responsible for obtaining, reviewing and approving grantee budgets, ensuring compliance with state and federal grant guidelines, and submitting grant applications to OhioMHAS. This position will also ensure that grant goals and objectives are aligned with vision, mission, and strategic plan of Board. This includes managing all grant timelines and deliverables. The Grants Manager will assist leadership with conducting gaps analyses in the system of care in order to determine where the Board should apply for and/or offer grant opportunities.
