Presentation Description:

Part I focused on cultural humility at the level of the individual.  This second session continues our exploration of cultural humility with a focus on the workplace environment and relationships with clients and colleagues.  The concept of cultural safety is introduced. Participants will have an opportunity to practice strategies to develop cultural humility and will examine how cultural humility can be fostered in workplace situations.
