The in-person presentation to the Residential Care Facility Operators and other related professionals on 2/28/2023 at 1:30.

The Session will be held at the Event Center on the first floor of 701 Adams Street. Attendees can park in the attached garage and must go through Security at the main entrance of the building. Parking will be validated. Enter the garage on Ontario Street; the training room is on the first floor.

Presenters include Zepf Center Crisis Care Services, Thomas Wernert Center, The Ohio Adult Care Association, and OhioMHAS licensure and Certification Department.

OhioMHAS will discuss the following:
How to always be ready for your annual inspection,
What to do when you are having difficulties submitting an incident report,
Residents rights
What to do when a resident health changes (level of care),
Transfer and discharge rights, to name a few
