Annual Recognition Awards: Call for Nominations

The Mental Health & Recovery Services Board (MHRSB) of Lucas County is hosting its Annual Recognition Awards to honor community members and organizations who have demonstrated exceptional service in helping others find their path to recovery.

Nomination Guidelines:

Who Can Nominate? An individual or an organization may submit one or more nominations. Self-nominations are accepted.

How to Submit: Use the official nomination form (available online) or request a printed version.

Award Limit: A nominee may only receive one award.

Judging Note:

The judges reserve the right to not select a recipient in any category, and they may choose more than one recipient in a single category.
